I was just at the Joann site, and thought I would share my experience:
I ordered a yard of a fabric
The site then came back and said, you have to order 2 of this particular fabric
So I did
Then the site came back and said only 1 yard was available
It would then not let me order that 1.
After the 4th time this happening, I quit.
But I did 'comment' and let the company know this was going on on their site
If, by the off chance there is a Joanns employee who frequents this site, now you know too
