Did you contact Quilt Maker to see if they can sell you an old copy?
Another option, I once wanted to read an article in a magazine, so used our interlibrary loan to request the magazine, listing which article I wanted to read. The library simply copied the article as a PDF and mailed it to me. I was so shocked! Perhaps you could do the same. I have several old mags, will try to see if maybe this is one I have.
