I finished my second quilt tonight!!! Yay!!! I created this pattern myself, using entirely 2" squares (and half-square triangles that combine to make 2" squares), so that was a fun, new experience. I'm calling it "Two Hearts in Love." I made it for my husband, and I plan to write up the pattern to give away on the Fool's Gold website of romance author Susan Mallery, whom I work for. And I machine quilted for the first time, so that was another fun learning experience. I did hearts and swirls around the entire border, which I learned at the free motion quilting project website because someone on here posted the link. (I love the Quilting Board!)
