oh the wonders of polyester ! LOL I made many dresses for my mother out of poly knits. And I got them back to cut up for quilts. While they may not be the most attractive quilts you will make - they wear like cast iron and they will keep you very warm ! What about charity quilts ?....or for our pets ? I have one on my bed for the cats....poor things gets washed and washed.... So.......I say use them if you like or give to someone else. Have you seen the little rugs you make with the poly knits....they are so darn cute !!! I am hoping to make some of those.
