I'm so sorry about your disaster. May I suggest you take the stitches out next to the embroidery. Stuff the back of the bouquet with a LOT of batting until the design is raised and the puckers are filled out, making it very three dimensional. It should look like it was designed to be that way on purposed when you are finished. Make the puckers work for you not against you. Good luck on whatever you do.
