i have to try this! A local farmer bring us in huge bags of corn every year. Last year some of my co workers didn't take any and it went bad. I had to bring it home and get rid of it so he wouldn't see it in our trash. I wonder can it be freezed (once i take the corn off the cob)? I told DH i was going to take whatever was left and freeze (another co worker freezes it) rather than seeing it go to waste again!
