There's no rules in creating threads ... and as much as many would like more specifics, it isn't going to happen (and I'm not even a Mod, just a poster who knows what has happened in the past.)

So often people wonder why they don't get interest in their threads, or the answers to their questions. And yet, so often those same posters have threads titled so that there is no hint as to what they are posting about. For many, if the thread title doesn't call to them, they never open it.

Again, I default to any "official" comments that may come from PatriceJ or other Mods ... as perhaps I have overstepped my bounds, in posting somewhat in response to some pet peeves of my own.
