I also keep a quilt journal. I include who/where the quilt pattern is from. (Book/magazine,etc.)
Any information to assist if I make the quilt again. Any changes I made to the pattern to make the quilt more personal.
The date I started the quilt. I include the LAQ that quilted it, or if I quilted it. The finished size of the quilt.
I include who received the quilt, and why, (birthday, Xmas,etc)
On the back I include a pidture of the finished quilt. If its a quilt I designed I include my pattern.
Sometimes I include pieces of the fabric. I just use a lined school notebook for my journal.
