There's a big hiccup in the

Aside from her figure of "2350" when it should be "2304" (after which, curiously, the math is correct), in the end she states you need "56 jelly rolls" when I think she means "jelly roll STRIPS."
SMALLER JELLY ROLL QUILTS: A woman in our Jelly Roll 1600 workshop used a honey bun roll (40 strips of 1 1/2" wide strips), and her quilt turned out to be about 36x40, a perfect baby quilt size. Truth be told, I cannot recall if she added a narrow border or not, but even without it, it was a great baby quilt!
