Hint ... use foil pans (take out containers, pie plates etc.) as they are less fragile. Then wrap with your foil!
Potatoes ... I;d be adding some onions to those!
and/or some pre-cooked bacon (are there ever any leftovers?)(
Those packets are a good way to use leftover potatoes from previous meals!
Lemon slices with the fish is really nice ... and for me, more onion slices too!
