My grandmother worked in the food bar of a Kregrees in Syracuse NY back in the 50s. Every friday my twin and I got a new block to embrdery when we went there. It was a neet store. Today in Missouri, Holden still has a a 5 and 10 store (prices are not the same) but Walkers is like going back to the 50's. He has a great area of fabrics and all the good stuff. If anyone is ever in Branson MO there is Dick's. Oh the memories.
