QuilterMomma, Congrats on you weight loss. I know how challenging this can be. "You Go Girl" "You can do it"!! Because everyone needs a champion. Weight loss is very personal, but, any cheering along the way is usually welcome.
Or at least in my case it usually is. I had my own eye opener experience and have set myself on a journey to get more fit and healthy.
