Miriam, I am very sorry to hear about your shoulder! Are you sure it is not a rotator cuff problem? I thought I had dislocated my shoulder and it turns out I have two small tears in the shoulder - this is from a very large/fractious horse who use to pull me off my feet when I did ground work with him!
Anyway, you said you have 3 301's. Are any of them the two tone?
