I know many people like the "fake strawberry" jam, made with figs . . . but personally . . . YUK! Just make fig preserves/jam!!! Don't ruin those beautiful figs, with fake flavoring!
Fig ice cream is also verrrrrrrrry yummy!!!
You can also clean them, then freeze them. YUMMY, even frozen!!!
