Cranberry sauce salsa
Cranberry salsa:
I can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 whole jalapeno, minced, seeds and all
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
red onion, minced, about half of a med. Onion
1 tblsp. Lime juice
mix all together and allow to set for at least 1 hour before serving.
Excellent with any meat and espcially good with turkey or chicken.
