After viewing the Jenny tutorial, I am now courageous enough to try the Irish chain too. I need to look at the double and triple to see if they can be as easy as the single.

My fabric came from a JoAnn's and I remember studying the different greens, for the longest time, trying to get them all to go together. I fell in love with that dark green and the center fabric; so was working around those two.
Seriously, the double and triple are just as easy. It's just a matter of lining up and sewing your strips in the right order, then cutting them into blocks. It's really fun, to see it all come together.
