no they dont but if you cut your sashinging bigger you can sew them down when you put the sections together.say you have a quilt 5 blocksx6 blocks plus top and side boarders you can peice your first two rows plus the top and side boarder use this as a section now cut your batting and backing the same size quilt it as much as you want now do the next three rows with bottom and side boarders cut batting and backing and quilt as you did the top piece now put the two peices right sides together on the back off the quilt pin your sashing stipe at the same time your matching your seams were your sewing the quilt together. this way you only have one sashing i also do boarders seperate but then you have more sashing on the back.hope this helps patty
