Default Sock monkey quilt!

I got this fabric at Joann's several months ago. I wish I'd gotten enough for several quilts. I think it's just the cutest!

Pattern: 4 patch from Quilts for Kids http://www.quiltsforkids.org/pattern...quilt-pattern/ The fabric requirements don't call for one yard of each print, but that's what I do to get the backing too.

Fabric: Joann's - one yard of each print makes the top and the backing. You have to play with it to get the backing to work, but I like that the entire thing is from 3 yards.

Binding: a package of satin blanket binding. I usually self-bind a quilt (pulling the backing over and sewing it down) so this was a stretch for me. THe satin made it more of a challenge and the wider width did, too. I had to watch a bit of this tutorial - go do that step - come back and watch a bit more - go do that bit.... It's not the first one I've put on, but it's been a while. http://sewfunwiththesecretcloset.blo...e-binding.html
