You're right, Patricia Faye. If I do any more 4" blocks, I'll get a really small iron to put on my sewing table. Some of the seams are only 5 or 6 stitches and that was giving me a little too much exercise.
janRN, I use a folding TV tray with my ironing pad on it to press when I paper piece. I like to press each seam. I'm no good at finger pressing. The rest of the time, I do the same as you & have my ironing pad set up on my cutting table so I have to get up.
Yes, lots of the fabric stores are having sales on Christmas & Halloween fabrics. Looking forward to see what you use.
