Your machine is a Model 27 and according to ISMACS it was made in 1892.

Sew Classics {
http://www.shop.sew-classic.com/ } will have your bobbins and belt. It will take normal 15x1 needles. Hopefully the shuttle ( pointy tubular thingy with the open end the bobbin fits into ) is there in a drawer somewhere. I'm sure they are available, but I don't know where to suggest.
