I love, LOVE, rose fabrics. They are getting a bit difficult to find now, except for Ro Gregg's work. The colors are absolutely wonderful. As for the points, if the quilt is for yourself, who cares? I agree with Quiltermomma about the thick poly batting and light quilting.....the quilt will be soft and yummy and fewer boo-boos will show. And snuggling will be so fun, especially with a good book!
