QoV stands for Quilts of Valor...charity organization...quilts go to military. I work w/LAer in KS. I send tops, backing, binding. She provides, thread, batting and her time and LAs for free. Last spring donated 10 tops kits for her. Here's a link:

Dh watch the special w/me and is so pleased I'm doing this project. We are NOT a military family but so greatful to the military service others do provide and their sacrifice.
