Thanks for the great idea. We get pretty hot here in Georgia in the summer time. I find that Cosco has the best roasted chicken, so when I want something quick, we buy one and get about six meals out of it. Hot meal with vegetables, sandwiches, salad with chicken strips and with the left overs, I grind to blend with hard boiled eggs and seasonings to top on tomatio, lettuce, avacado, cucumber, etc.. Then, I cook down the bones with the meat that is left on left and freeze for stock. You might guess, I came from the depression days. My Mom knew how to feed a family of six when money was tight. Thanks again. I am going to make this for dinner this week.
