I made one (which I sold & I'm still kicking myself over that decision!) way back in the day (I think the name of it was "Yank's Chain") & I thought it was super fun to make. I love your version & am anxious to see it with the borders. I just used a lightly patterned print on mine & was quite happy. Do you know how you plan to quilt this little gem? I love it! So fun!
Thank you, Rebecca! I bet your DIC quilt was beautiful! You can always do another one!! I've been looking for easy continuous line patterns and I think I'm going to do this flower in the alternate blocks. Either that or I'm going to applique a single tulip w/2 leaves underneath (no stem) in all the alternate blocks. Won't that be a stunner? I'll eventually get to the border ideas after all that! lol.
