When I had first loaded a remnant piece of fabric to try out the machine, I had no clue that I couldn't quilt all the way to the edge where the bungee clamps were. I hit the two on one side and could have taken someone's eyes out when they literally flung across the room. Of course I had no idea what had flown across the room and proceeded to quilt to the other side and got too close to the other clamps, and boing, they flew across the room. So glad there was nobody watching me.

I managed to quilt the two Project Linus quilts tonight, so now I just need to add the binding to them. They didn't turn out "great", but I was happy with the results. Since I mostly make t-shirt quilts and baby quilts, I'm happy with simple meandering. I do think that I will continue making the Project Linus quilts for more practice without having to buy the materials. Now that my hubby has hooked up a TV in the loft for me, I am enjoying my time with the Longarm even more. Had absolutely ZERO eyelashes on the bottom of either quilt today. I'm so excited!!!
