The person selling it doesn't seem to know much about them. I'm assuming the number is from the motor because the similar number on the motor of my 1953 Featherweight is 3-120. When I googled "Singer 3-110" several Featherweights came up, but it may be that Singer used the same motors on various models. It might be worth asking the seller to check the underside of the machine for the model number, and certainly would be a good idea to ask for some pictures and find out what is included. I know no more than you do from reading this ad. The Clear Lake area is in the far southeast of Harris County, about 50-60 miles from where I live.
