I made these cupcakes, all of the time, to go into school lunches or just to eat.....YUM Make chocolate cupcakes as per
instructions on the cake mix package. Place batter in cup cake papers, mix one eight ounce package of regular cream
cheese and a bit of sugar and some mini or regular chocolate chips, place one tsp on top of batter. The filling goes down into the middle of the cupcake as they bake. No need for frosting. I have made several other versions of this recipe as I would think of them. These freeze beautifully and make no mess when they are eaten.
