Santa Rosa Quilt Guild Each year an opportunity quilt is made by the guild and raffled to generate operating funds. Tickets are available at various functions throughout the year. The 2012-2013 Opportunity Quilt, titled "Santa Rosa Beauty" was a group project.It was Organized by Raychell Sumner.... Here is the info. The quilt was made by several of the members.
