Another thing you can do is order block of the month from Stitchinhaven in Quitman, TX. You will get 2-4 blocks a month. They have been running the Dear Jane block of the month for several years. They start up in January. It is done in civil war reproduction I think.
Hi Donna, I looked into this option, however the BOM started in August and is full up, it lasts 24 months, so thats a long wait and it is costly with a 25$ non return fee and plus 24$ for each month.

wow, thats really expensive 2-4 blocks a month for $24 - and i'm sure they add shipping to that too.
it only takes less than a FQ to make that many blocks.
I looked it up and saw 10 blocks a month for the program at that price. Maybe I read it wrong, but that sounds more reasonable.
