There are some nice skirts on this site. Not sure about the patterns though. I like to just make a rectangle about twice the circumference of the hips ( or more for a fuller skirt) and the length plus 10cms. Then make a 5 cm hem at the top and thread elastic through, then a 5 cm hem at the bottom.
