The one I use is from an old issue of Quilting Arts Gifts, but I have modified it over the years to make it "mine". :lol: (How come they never call them Scotch bottle gift bags?) Be sure to put a label in it if you want your work to be known. I know most of mine (the bags, not the bottles) have been "regifted" and that's fine with me!
