doghousemom saved my sanity - here is her HELP - Hope this helps you.
I've never seen or used a toolbar or a "tree" to post pic's, and there IS an easier way.

On the reply screen - first type your reply (you will need to put some text in the box for the reply function to work), under the reply are three blue rectangles. One is "Post quick reply" and the next is "Go advanced".

Once you hit the "go advanced" you will get a different looking screen. Scroll down just a tad and you's see the box with the reply you just typed, scroll down a bit more under Additional Options and you will see a blue rectangle titled "Manage Attachments". Hit that button ... it's a magic window for pictures!!

A new window will appear on top of the reply window. At the top of this new window is a box that says "Browse" under the heading "upload files from your computer". Hit the browse button - another new window will open to allow you to navigate to the file where your photo is stored. Select your photo and click "OK". You'll come back to the "Manage attachments" window. Hit the blue button that says "Upload" and WAIT a few seconds and you will see a line appear that says "Current Attachments" and the name of your file will appear under that. It's a good thing to check the size (in parenthesis) against the list at the bottom of file types and max file-size to make sure your file is the correct size.

If all is well, hit the "close this window" at the top of the manage attachments dialog window. You will come back to your reply screen. under the reply box you'll see a button to "submit reply".

Done!!
