I have to agree with the opinions already voiced NYGal. Red varies greatly and you may end up with something that hugely contrasts versus comes together. I would say send your fabric and ask for no red but anything else that goes and then sash and set with a red you buy. It is amazing how this ends up because usually the blocks all pull together in the end quite nicely
It is okay to not be at the head of the pack Remember slow and steady wins the race.
