you ladies have absolutely made my entire week. i just did the potty dance in the chair after reading your words of encouragement! yes, only been sewing since march of last year and not had one quilting lesson. i've gone to town and watched my lqs a bit and longed to be like charisma when i grow up. this whole little sewing thing is not just a hobby it has become a passion that breathes within me. the first time i put my foot on the pedal it truly changed me. poor rick! :P i either sew, or practice quilting, if i can't do that then i have graph paper i make up stuff on or doodle feathers or patterns, and now thanks to #1piecemaker i hand sew as well. i have one finished, one ready to put on the hoop, and one in the making. this whole petting fabric thing is ridiculous! ARGH! i am so pleased, thank you all for the compliments. i am striving to take this to the next level somehow with more knowledge and understanding and it's all in my Lord's hands. wow that was so long LOL! thank you again, you gave me more oomph and drive!
