I bought a 201-3 last month and love it! The 201-3 is made in the UK and has the light mounted on the back of the machine instead of the front... less apt to burn yourself on the light bulb that way.
It's on ebay and the price is faaaabulous. The motor has already been changed to a 110volt for the USA. Click on the photo "Image C" and you'll see the motor is a 110volt, made for the USA.
I am NAYY, it's such a faaaabulous machine I had to pass this along.
