My most recent Murphy's Law was trying to work on a quilt with a deadline and my workhorse sewing machine motor dies. It's a 1960 something White sewing machine, so I won't be able to get a motor quickly. I'm a few weeks away from the county fair with a bunch of projects I have to hand sew to finish now.
