My brother-in-law's wife is always late to events at our home but always shows up to work on time or even early so we know how we rank on her priority scale and don't wait for them or anyone else any more. There is no way in H-E-double hockey sticks that hubby or I would ever wait on someone for 2 hours especially if we were getting on an airplane. He always wants to be way too early and just making him hold off so that we are no more than 15 minutes early stresses us both out.
