I brew my tea in my coffee pot (7 tea bags for 1 gallon of tea). I add 2 tubes of crystal light raspberry (or the generic) to about a quart of water in my gallon jug. I add one teaspoon of sweat & low to my tea and add that to the jug and finish filling with water. Delicious!!!
