not sure what you have tried- but along the top of this (comment box) is a line of thumbnails- fonts, italic, bold, underline....as you go across just past the smilies are link, unlink, insert image, insert video...
if you click on insert image (a tree) a box will come up where you can click to browse-locate your picture- once found click on the upload image (under the box) wait for it to load-you will know when it is done- then you can go back & add text or what ever- then click on post quick reply.
