I cut my freezer paper to the size of copy paper MINUS about 1/4 inch around . Then I attach it onto a sheet of copy paper with hot iron about 1/4 " at the bottom edge, ant just touch the sides and top here
and there to keep it in place. Now my printer will accept this combination and it will go through nicely and print thr template on the freezer paper. Paper piece the Thimbleberry way mentioned in an earlier post regarding PP today and you can use your pattern templates over again as long as they stick to your fabric. Sometimes - as in log cabin blocks- I extend their life time with a glue stick for the first piece.
