I have been approached by the head of our hospital foundation about making personalized gifts for the foundation to give to "big time" contributors. They say they are tired of flowers. I have a Babylock Ellissimo, which can do far more than I am capable, so I think I have the machine capability, if I can just think of some things. I have made many things in the hoop (cosmetic bags, key fobs,, etc) but would really like something a little more upscale and personal. Can you friends please help me with some ideas?

Did the hospital give you an idea of how much they want to spend on each gift? At any rate, you are going to have to know some specifics on each person to make something meaningful. Assuming these people are executives in their own right, maybe something like a personalized computer/office supply tote.
