Charlee the decals look like they are in pretty good shape. The cabinet needs some work but you are up to it. The 66 is my favorite machine. I learned to sew on Grandma's 1916 Red Eye and of course I still use it as my go to machine. Machines are best when they are free. All in all a very nice machine.
