I work in the IT field and I tell you; I've never had good luck with Norton. It slows down your pc and if you aren't enrolled in it then they are always finding issues. When I get a new pc the first thing I do is uninstall everything Norton has to on it. Microsoft does have Windows Essentials; it's a free program (like Norton) and it works very well. I have a friend who builds pc and plus lots more and it's the only thing he'll use. It's also very easy to download as well.
