DJ. I just finished the blocks for one, it took a year and I love it as much now as when I started. Here's a picture from the first time I laid all the blocks out together. Since then I've changed some of the colors. Didn't have room for all the triangles. I also love NY Beauty and Mariner's Compass. DJ turned me into a paper piecer.

WOWWowowowowow! Your DJ is stunning! I love all the colors, and the way you've arranged them in color families is terrific. It pulls this crazy quilt together in a way I've never seen it done before. Absolutely WELL DONE! Please post it again when it's finished and quilted. That's the next challenge!
