is the like the 10 minute block. i did a quilt with regular 10 minute blocks and also had some flying geese because i didn't open the inserted square all the way. you can fold the edges back and stitch them down or not. if sending to a long arm quilter, you might tell her or him and see what is necessary. I still make my geese the old fashioned way most times.
