Hey, if you move to Indy, be sure to look for a house with a basement. I grew up there and EVERY house I lived in had a basement and we never had water in them...they do exist and after all, you gotta have someplace to store all the junk you collect if you are a real junker. I had to sell all my junk when I moved to FL where supposedly there are no basements (high water table) and 2 out of the 3 houses I have owned have had basements and NO water ever in them. You have to find a house that was built by a builder that knows how to do a good basement. Now, I'm working on replenishing my junk supply.
