Well, this sure is the place for junk...
As far as basements go you haven't lived until you have had to clean one out after it set in water with a hoard in it... We keep a sump pump with a back up for ourselves. We are talking OLD house not one of the new ones. I don't think there are that many newer houses in the city limits. Joe is a big tease. It's ok if he wants to buy some more stuff, including that old rocking chair... I do rather have a lot of stuff in that place. The rule is you can come but don't post pics of it... Sorry Joe.
