I think spiders are fascinating! The web is the strongest "string" for its size, and scientists have not been able to duplicate it. They are voracious eaters of other bugs, so I leave the webs for as long as I can stand them.
When we brought my newborn DD home from the hospital, there was a garden spider in the kitchen window. With a little imagination (maybe it was leftovers of anesthesia!) you could read NU LUV in the web. At 39, she still is a wonderful, lovely woman. Maybe I read Charlotte's Web too many times.
