I just learned about a program called Bountiful Basket where you get a huge basket of fruits and veg every few weeks; it's a co-op thing that's in a lot of states. Anyhow, the person telling me about it said she got 40 lbs of peaches for a $5 upgrade to the basic basket. I told her I don't know how to can... but I'm seriously thinking about joining the program JUST to learn how to can.
