In 4D and 5D you can high light the design and then under file have it covert a copy of it as a picture in the pic folder. I'm in the process of doing that now because I know there is no way I'll remember what all I have. I couldn't tell you what designs I ordered last night. I'm going to print thumbnail pics so that I have a way to check them out. I already have an album going for the projects that I've seen at shows or on line so that I won't forget some of the ideas others have come up with. It's a long process but I need to have a way to remember what all I have. It's too time consuming to go thru each folder when you have tons of designs.
